I Still Suck At Weighing In

it's been two weeks since my last weigh-in. so needless to say, i still suck at weighing in.

in addition to my ineptitude at weighing in, the numbers on the scale are not that favorable, which is somewhat disheartening. the magic number on the scale for today was 184.0 pounds. compared to the numbers from two weeks ago, i have gained 0.4 pounds in two weeks.

considering the fact the weight gain is over two weeks, the numbers in general are not that bad. it almost appears as though i've reached a plateau. either that or i'm not pushing myself as hard as i should be when doing the high intensity interval training. (maintaining a constant sprinting speed is definitely more difficult to do with the increased amount of time.)

the only other factor that i can think of is possibly my nutritional intake. since giving up the nutrition log, i have been eating according to what i perceived was my normal eating habits. it is quite possible that i could have been mistaken.

regardless, i'm going to continue without the nutrition log and focus more on maintaining a constant sprinting speed over the duration of the high intensity interval training workout. i guess we'll see how it goes. i only have about two more weeks of this experiment left. yay!
