for my choice, i am going with drew barrymore of "e.t." fame... and "charlie's angels"... and "the wedding singer" too. in my opinion, "the wedding singer" revived drew barrymore's career... lest anyone remembers the movie "poison ivy"? i sure do, and boy was it a terrible movie. (for anyone curious, alyssa milano starred in the equally awful sequel. and as another tidbit of trivia... alyssa milano has my birthday.)

anyway, i actually think one of drew barrymore's greatest roles was in the movie "scream". of course, i may be biased because i enjoy the horror genre. "scream" was a great movie because it poked fun at classic horror mistakes made in horror films... while being a horror film itself. and as my bff (kerry) would be happy to hear, "scream" is somewhat responsible for the tv show: "dawson's creek". the writer of "scream" (kevin williamson) created "dawson's creek".
needless to say, i would cast drew barrymore as dolores.
