I Suck At Buffy The Vampire Slayer

although some people may call wednesdays "prince spaghetti night"... i usually refer to wednesdays as "marc and kelley night". after all, karen and i usually get together with my good friends (marc and kelley), grab a bite to eat with them, hang out, and have fun. yesterday was no different.

last night, kelley made dinner for all of us while marc was on his way home from a lecture whose guest speaker directly studied nicaraguan sign language. when kelley is not getting egg splattered in her eye, she is a good cook. (kelley is also famous for her chocolate chip cookies... cue rachael ray's "yum-o" sound.)

interestingly enough, kelley tried to kill all of us last night by burning a wood cutting board. she accidentally left the cutting board on the stove... with the burner on. the place started to smell of smoke, which was how we found out about the cutting board. we think kelley was trying to get back at marc who was supposedly trying to kill her a few weeks before.

a few weeks before, marc had an errand to run after karen and i left. kelley went to take a shower. apparently, he told kelley to relax... take some time in the shower... light a few candles when she was done, etc. while he was out. as it turned out, marc accidentally left the gas on.

needless to say, the past few weeks have almost become a spy vs spy moment. it has been quite comical.

but anyway, last night we watched more of season 2 of buffy the vampire slayer. yep, i suck at buffy the vampire slayer... and this time i actually do. we were discussing vampires and which character sired which character and all that. the question soon became who sired the vampire known as drusilia. sadly, i forgot which charactere sired her. (the answer is angel.) i forgot the whole backstory about him purposely driving her insanely crazy and then turning her into a vampire. damn my selective memory.

luckily, the answer to the question was part of the episodes that we watched last night. we saw the college fraternity episode ("reptile boy"), the halloween episode, and the vampire revelers episode ("lie to me") which starred jason behr of "roswell" fame... well, if you can call "roswell" famous.

it has definitely been fun watching all the episodes again. yay buffy!
