today was the big weigh in.
thursdays are usually the day i see my friends, marc and kelley. since i don't own a scale of any type, i figured i'd use their bathroom scale. it's only fitting because i use their bathroom a lot. they didn't realize up until today that i was going to use their scale weekly.
anyway, we had planned to go to the fat cat for dinner tonight. the fat cat is a restaurant located next to sully's bar in quincy. supposedly, the food is really good. i'm not sure what type of food they even serve as i have never been there. as it turns out, it'll probably be while until i actually get to go again. when marc, kelley, karen and i arrived, the wait to be seat was over an hour.
needless to say, we were starving and did not want to wait that long. as we were leaving, we ran into the mother of my former friend (greg) who was a high school teacher when we were growing up. she was with a former high school guidance counselor too. apparently, they had just finished eating at the restaurant and said it was delicious. lucky them.
anyway, we ended up at blue 22 which is owned by my friend (garv). surprisingly, he had mentioned that her hotness (hot amy) frequents the place a lot... interesting... it must be the sweet potato fries. speaking of which, i ate plenty of sweet potato fries... and beer.
regardless, we finally ended up back at marc and kelley's place. now, i suck at weighing in. when i first got on the scale, i forgot to take my workboots off. so, i had to weigh myself again without the boots. (shows you how often i weigh myself.)
in the red corner... tipping the scales at 191.8 pounds... me... and so the weekly weigh-in begins...

have you not noticed, aim? even though jim is much taller than me, i do have more fat than he does. it's part of my "deceptively doughy" appearance.
he's not that much taller, is he? aren't you about 5'11"? he's 6'2".
he's gotten quite tubby over the years too. he weighed around 170 when we first started dating, and his weight flucuates between 205-210 now.
